Membership Terms

Welcome to MKG North Dublin. Our goal is to provide a safe, professional and enjoyable martial arts experience for all students.

Membership

Membership is personal and non-transferable and provides access to the classes included in your chosen membership.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are collected by recurring payment and secure your place within the academy.

Fees are payable throughout the year and are not based solely on attendance.

Membership fees will normally be reviewed annually.

Cancellation

Memberships continue until cancelled.

We require a minimum of 30 days' written notice by email to cancel a membership.

Freezing Membership

Memberships may be frozen for approved medical or exceptional circumstances. Requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.

Student Conduct

All members are expected to:

- Treat others respectfully.

- Follow instructor directions.

- Train safely.

- Wear the correct uniform and protective equipment.

- Help maintain a positive training environment.

The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where behaviour places others at risk or repeatedly breaches our Code of Conduct.

Health & Safety

Martial arts involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury.

Members are responsible for informing instructors of any injury or medical condition that may affect participation.

Photography

Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during classes and events for promotional purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is used only for administering your membership, communicating with you and meeting legal obligations.

Changes

MKG North Dublin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website.
